The staff was knowledgeable and very informative. the location was absolutely perfect, close to everything, yet quieter than the busiest areas. the guest room had tea, a fridge, and a shower as expected. the breakfast offered a good choice of nice meals.

Well, Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The rooms here are spacious with a balcony, the staff is attentive and deserves a top-notch rating, and the location is fantastic, within walking distance of the old town's clock tower.

The family queen room had an exceptionally comfortable bed. the guest bathroom was spacious. the location was magnificent, right by restaurants and cafés.

The setting of the hotel was ideal, surrounded by pubs, restaurants, shopping, activities. it was conveniently located only a 10-15 minute walk from Park Mgm Las Vegas. the food offered was delicious with a wide variety of dishes to choose from on the menu.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with easy access to sightseeing spots, the Interlaken West train station, restaurants, and shopping in Interlaken. there is a 550, foot, tall Ferris wheel just a short 10, minute drive away.
